2. Guarantee Scope Eligible redemption requests will be processed within 1 hour of successful request. If additional information, documentation, or verification is required at any stage, the guarantee is no longer valid and your redemption will be processed upon successful verification.

3. Redemption Limit The guarantee applies to redemption requests with a combined value of up to 1,000 SC, calculated as: Redemption amount + remaining account balance at the time of request. Requests exceeding this limit are excluded.

4. Compensation If an eligible redemption request is not processed within 1 hour, the customer will receive 100 Free Spins as compensation at a value of 0.1 SC per free spin, on a Coinz designated game. In order to claim the free spins if your redemption request is overdue, please contact our support.

5. Frequency Limitation The guarantee may be claimed once per customer per 24-hour period, regardless of the number of redemption requests submitted.

6. Exclusions

The guarantee does not apply to:

1. Unverified or non-closed-loop accounts
2. Requests requiring additional verification, documentation, compliance, or internal review
3. Technical issues outside our reasonable control
4. Breaches of our Terms & Conditions or suspected misuse

7. General We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the 1-Hour Redemption Guarantee at any time. Changes will not affect guarantees already triggered under these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are otherwise governed by the Coinz.us terms of use and official sweepstakes rules.
